[Bgmrc-list] May Meeting Cancelled

The May 27th BGMRC meeting is cancelled due to Chris and Kevin being out of town and I am leaving on an unscheduled trip to Louisiana to take care of some medical issues with my dad.

Field Day is June 28 and 29th with setup on Friday June 27th. We plan to put in a good showing for field day. We have some conflicts Friday for setup and cannot start until 4 or 5 pm. We are also limited in space until Saturday after 2pm. This will help us deal with real life emergency conditions. 

I will send out a date that we can get together to plan Field Day. Plan on attending Field Day and having a good time. We have invited the newly licensed scouts to join us. As usual we will have a good time and lots to eat.
