[Bgmrc-list] Mailing list hiccup

Please excuse the late mailing list item(s). The list part of the  
server was down for an unknown number of days.  If anyone sends a  
message to the bgmrc-list and does not get a prompt copy back, please  
let me know so I can check the mail server.
