[Bgmrc-list] EchoLink help

Chris KL0UD and I are trying to get set up to use EchoLink, but neither 
one of us seems to have the right kind of microphone to transmit to an 
EchoLink node. I've been searching the web for a headset with a PTT 
switch and (preferably) USB connection to the PC (my PC has had serious 
brain surgery which seems to have killed the extra sound ports on the 
front; I can't even use them anymore to listen to MP3s from my 
computer). No luck.

Can anyone advise on where we need to be looking, and any brands we 
should expect to look for? Thanks.
