[Bgmrc-list] Dues are due; new way to pay

BGMRC dues are due for July 08 - June 09.

Kevin and I have set up a new way for people to pay via PayPal. If you'd
like to try it, visit this page:

The cost using this method is $20.88, which includes the PayPal fee (2.9% +
$0.30).

Right now it's just set up for individual dues -- we'll add another button
for self and family memberships shortly. The total for that one should be
$22.94.
