Subject: [Bgmrc-list] Field Day at Fairgrounds

It seems there is a slight scheduling conflict on the weekend of Field Day. The Boy Scouts had reserved the entire midway, which includes the fruit stand and cover associated with it. I agreed that we would take the theatre and stage area(between the buildings) and the Kiwanis Ticket Booth. Hope this is OK, nothing else I could do.
