Tom,

We were looking for a place to hold a Christmas potluck for the  
December eating meeting. Someplace that's centrally located in the  
county would be good if possible (didn't get to the point of  
discussing locations with the person on the phone today). I was  
guesstimating about 30 people. We used the Panther Creek Community  
Center a few years ago, and that was a nice size for the group.

If we've paid the rental fee in the past, it's no big deal. I just  
don't see any evidence of it in the bank records back thru 2004, so I  
was concerned about  committing us to the expenditure if it wasn't  
expected.
