[Bgmrc-list] ARES/RACES net

The lack of a five-minute warning was entirely my fault -- I'm at work  
tonight, and had forgotten last week to ask for a substitute net  
control; I was planning to do the net from WX4PTC, but got caught up  
in some duties at the last minute. Kudos & thanks to AK4MC for  
stepping up to the plate.
