Mr. Charles F. Caswell, 65, of Grantville, died Monday, July 31,  
2006, at Newnan Hospital.

Mr. Caswell was born October 27, 1940, in Columbus, son of the late  
William Albert Caswell and the late Louise Scarborough Caswell  
Franklin. A veteran of service in the U.S. Marine Corps, he had lived  
in Grantville for 42 years, was a member of the First Baptist Church  
of Grantville and retired as sales manager for the LaGrange district  
of American General Insurance Company. He was an amateur radio  
operator and enjoyed genealogy.

Survivors include his wife, Glenda S. Caswell of Grantville; two  
sons, Michael Stephen Caswell of Fairfax, Va. and Jonathan Patrick  
Caswell and his wife, Miwako Goya Caswell, of Newnan; two  
grandchildren, Jennifer Caswell and William Caswell; brothers, Robert  
Caswell and Tommy Caswell, both of Opelika, Ala.; and a sister,  
Shirley Hughes of Heflin, Ala.

Funeral services will be conducted at 11 a.m., Thursday in the Chapel  
of Claude A. McKibben and Sons Funeral Home in Hogansville, with  
interment in Forest Lawn Memorial Park in Newnan.

The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 6 until 8  
p.m. tonight (Wednesday).
